AMY started at Save Our Scruff in January 2020 as a foster. She was looking to fill a dog-sized void in her life, but wasn’t ready to adopt, and found fostering to be a win-win opportunity to help dogs and get to hang out with them at the same time. After receiving incredible support and advice through all the challenges that come with fostering, she realized she wanted to give back and provide that same support for other fosters. She found her perfect fit in her current role as Scruff Counsellor.

Outside of Save Our Scruff, Amy loves travelling (like, a lot…she’s probably planning multiple future trips as we speak), reading, sipping coffee, wandering outside on a nice day and binging shows on Netflix.
